When a new driver takes over a lease car from the previous driver, you want that driver to have a clean, undamaged and safe car. And sometimes no new driver is available straight away and you want the car to be stored safely. Before a new driver takes over the lease car from the previous driver, the car is transported to a specialist firm within 24 hours, where the car is inspected for damage and technical defects. If necessary, minor maintenance can be performed, tires changed and user damage repaired on the spot. Both the exterior and the interior of the car are then cleaned. Once the car is in perfect condition again, it is delivered to the new driver, at any location in the Netherlands.
Virtual showroom
If there is no new driver available immediately, the car can be stored temporarily. Your car will be kept in a safe location, with a roof over it. We will then provide you with reports of the relevant data, such as options and accessories, the number of days storage and the car's condition. With the photos that LeasePlan posts in the virtuele showroom, you can also examine your car's inside and outside carefully. This allows you to make a potential new driver enthusiastic for the car.
