Damage
In case of a damage, we will supervise the complete management of the damage for your drivers. LeasePlan has professional staff to do so.
It is important that the driver reports any damage the next weekday at the latest to the LeasePlan Driver Contact Center: 036 527 27 27. During this report, the driver is given instructions for a quick and correct settlement of the damage.
Unilateral damage
If the lease car is insured with Euro Insurances Ltd., your drivers can report a unilateral damage via e-Plan or the drivers' section of this internet site. In all other situations, your drivers will always need to fill out a European Accident Statement. LeasePlan will confirm the report and contact the driver as to where the lease car can be repaired.
In some cases, such as theft or a break-in, it is neccessary that the driver also reports it to the police.
