Depending on the agreements made with you, the driver will receive some car documents when the new lease car is released. For instance, registration, insurance card, fuel card and a drivers' guide. In the drivers' guide the driver will find important information in regard to the use of your car.
It is possible your drivers have questions or need advice on, for instance, a damage or repair.
On this site they will find specific information, which is important for them, under the button 'Your lease car'. Your can always refer your drivers to that section of our site. If they have any questions which are not answered there, they can always contact the LeasePlan Driver Contact Center at 036 527 27 27.
