End of contract

Known by the name Fair, Wear & Tear, LeasePlan wants to make things as clear as possible when it comes to returning a lease car. In the international guidelines (for private (pdf) and commercial (pdf) registration) we explain what we mean by a 'well returned vehicle'.

If a lease car is at the end of its term the driver can return it to our occasioncenter in Raamsdonksveer or to one of LeasePlan's return adresses (pdf). The car will then be inspected by an expert according to the Fair, Wear & Tear guidelines. Together with the driver, an intake form will be filled out and signed.

Alternative return address
If the lease car is not returned to one of our return addresses, we still offer the possibility of a quick and professional intake by a representative of LeasePlan. This to prevent any discussions afterwards, for instance about damage.

You, as the fleet manager, can submit a request to your regular contact at LeasePlan within three days of the return. Please state the name, address, date and time of the return. It is important that you are present at that time. This service costs € 45 (VAT excluded) per request. These costs will be charged seperately.

We do advise drivers to arrange transportation for the way back. We leave it up to you if you refund all expenses made or not.
