You choose between Budget and Basic for each driver group. In other words mainly for cost control or driver satisfaction. With both packages LeasePlan takes care of all the administrative issues involving the leased vehicles. In the BudgetPackage we choose the vehicle, while the choice is free in the BasicPackage.
