Claim expenses made
Depending on the form of assistance your employer has chosen, the event and the nature of the expenses, you may be able to reclaim some or all of your costs.
State on the declaration form to what assistance module you are eligible. You can then claim the expenses for each module and state the maximum amounts.
We recommend that you make copies of the declaration form and bills and keep these carefully. Please remember that it may take several weeks to process your claim.
