If you have a fuel card, but it is not functioning or you have refuelled abroad, you can declare these expenses if you have your employer's consent.

Declare the costs for fuel via the website of your fuelcard:
	Travelcard (or a card for BP, Esso, Shell, Texaco orTotalFina). Log in log in using your registration and cardnumber..
	Multi Tank Card. Log in using your registration, cardnumber and pincode.
