Returning lease car
Rules & regulations
You can return your car to our site in Raamsdonksveer or to one of LeasePlan's return addresses (pdf-document).
We advise you to arrange transportation for the way back. For instance, you can have someone drive along in a second car, travel by public transportation or use your Mobility Mixx card, if you have one. If you would like, we would be happy to call you a taxi. You will need your fleet manager's permission if you want to claim any expenses you have made.
Do you prefer an alternative return address?
If you choose to return your lease car to an alternative return address, please consider that there is no opportunity to sign for the state of the car. To prevent any discussions afterwards, we offer the possibility to have a representative of LeasePlan take in your car. Since there are expenses involved, your employer needs to approve of this first. Please ask your fleet manager.
After your fleet manager approves, you can submit a request to your fleet manager within four days of the return. Please state the name, address, date and time of the return. It is important that you are present at that time.
Well returned vehicle

LeasePlan is not responsible for damage to or loss of any personal accessories or loose items left in your car.
- International insurance card.
- Maintenance booklet belonging to the car.
- Report form of the last MOT-test, if present.
- Place the registration papers in the glove compartment of the car. If missing all costs will be charged to your employer.
- All keys (master key, spare key and code card included).
- All accessories that are included in the lease (this will be reported if missing).
- Cut your fuel card in two and return it to LeasePlan. Never return your fuel card together with the car and do not give it to a third party. You will receive a new fuel card with your new LeasePlan car.
Please keep in mind that your lease car is no longer insured after you return it.
