Declaration no-claims
Request declaration
A declaration for no-claims is a security and equals a declaration of cancellation. This declaration states an account of damages you have incurred during the lease period.
The declaration will be issued only once when your contract with LeasePlan is terminated. However, a number of conditions must be met:
- LeasePlan has taken care of the insurance
- The details of the vehicles are still available
- You have an agreement with your fleet manager
- The insurance company concerned will cooperate
To apply for a declaration
You can apply for a declaration for no-claims at the LeasePlan Driver Contact Center. Call (036) 527 27 27.
We will need the registration number of the car, the period in which you drove, and the details of your address and telephone number. You will receive the declaration within two weeks. LeasePlan will not give any information concerning the damage, either to drivers or to insurance companies.
