You will find the form of assistance your employer has selected on your fuel card or your assistance card.
Module 1
Only On-Site Repair and Tow Assistance in the Netherlands, also in the hometown of the driver.
Module 2
Module 1, with the addition of On-Site Repair and Tow Assistance in Europe. Your drivers also have a right to a hire car abroad (maximum hire category B) if the lease car cannot be repaired to continue its journey the same day (within 8 hours).
Module 3
Module 2, with the addition of a hire car abroad (maximum hire category D) and reimbursement of hotel costs and other expenses.
