Repair
LeasePlan works in cooperation with a carefully selected network of universal damage repair companies for the repair of damage. After consulting you, LeasePlan decides whether the damage can be repaired and where the best place is for the repairs to be carried out. If you wish, the vehicle can be collected by a LeasePlan-partner, exchanged for a replacement car and then returned. LeasePlan monitors the quality of the repairs and the length of time needed to carry out the repairs. If you want to have repairs carries out by a company that is not one of the LeasePlan-partners, please contact your fleet manager for more information.
