Report damage
In every case, report the damage to the local police and to the LeasePlan Driver Contact Center the next weekday at the latest: (036) 527 27 27.
In some cases, the 'Waarborgfonds Motorverkeer' (Motor Insurance Fund) offers the possibility to collect the damage caused by a motor vehicle that has remained unknown (while the lease car was parked).
In that event, you will need, besides your own statement, a statement from someone who can confirm that the lease car was free of damage before it was parked and was found with a damage. Members of your family may also be called as witnesses.
