Theft & break-ins
Our advice
If the lease car is stolen, report this the next weekday at the latest to the LeasePlan Driver Contact Center: (036) 527 27 27.
Also report it to the police. Send the notice of the police report stating the damage report number to: LeasePlan Nederland, P.O. Box 3001, 1300 EB Almere, the Netherlands.
You must report a break-in to the local police, then send the notice of the police report, together with a completed and signed damage form, the receipts of any stolen personal items and the front of your stolen radio to LeasePlan's Damage Department (same address).
Avoid theft!
- Do not leave any valuables (car radios, cell phones, documents, etc.) in the lease car
- Do not leave your car documents in the lease car
- Always lock the doors, even at petrol stations
- Choose a car radio with either a detachable key-card, a code-key, or both.
