If your lease car cannot be used temporarily, we would like to keep you mobile with a replacement car. Please consult the car policy of your employer if and under what conditions you may apply for this.
LeasePlan will then order a rental car of the same class as your lease car, unless your employer has made other agreements. It does not mean that it will be the same make, model or type.
Returning a rented car
Always sign off a rented car after use at the car rental company! You will receive a signing-off code as a receipt, so that you will never be confronted with deviant rental periods, mileages or damage reports.
Travelcard
If you were given a Travelcard to use, it must be cut into pieces and sent to:

The Travelcard may never be handed in together with the rented car.
